Shopping Basics

We offer nationwide delivery throughout Pakistan, including the convenient option of Cash on Delivery (COD). Additionally, depending on the quantity, we provide various shipping options, including cargo facilities.

If you find that your received order is not up to the expected quality or is damaged, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process.
You have a timeframe of 7 calendar days from receipt to initiate the return or exchange.
Eligibility criteria and conditions apply. For further details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For international shipments, we are able to deliver, but please note that shipping charges will be additional and based on the actual rates charged by DHL, FedEx, or other carriers, which are determined by the weight and volume of the order.

Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for all locations within Pakistan. We take necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order. In the event that products are not available after accepting your order, we will inform you promptly. No charges will be applied for such products, and any payments made will be refunded through Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer:
For bulk and customized orders, customers have the option to make payments via Bank Transfer. Account details will be shared upon request.

Other Payment Options:
We also provide alternative payment methods for our customers, including mobile cash networks such as Mobicash and Easy Paisa within Pakistan. For customers outside Pakistan, payments can be made through Western Union or MoneyGram.

Yes! Your personal details are absolutely secure as they are strictly monitored by our linenstore team and our people always make sure that our customer’s privacy is always protected.
You may cancel it at any time before delivery by contacting us with your order details, as we understand you need more time to consider your purchase, but once the order has been delivered to you, you can always exchange it within 7 days after its receiving. This condition does not apply to items made as per your specification.
You can place your order online by visiting https://linenstore.pk, select the product that you want to purchase and add it to the shopping cart.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order in which an order number along with all the delivery details will be mentioned.
We aim to deliver your order within 7 days, depending on our stock availability and area where you live. We always confirm your delivery date 3-4 days after the placement of order. Other than that ‘Made To Order’ products might take longer to be delivered as they are customised specially as per your requirements. Again for personalised orders we will confirm your delivery date within 3-4 days after you have placed the order.
We offer free delivery all over Pakistan. In case the order is delivered and you wish to exchange it, only in that case delivery charges will be applied.
